So where do we start..?

Implementing an ERP / CRM system is a complex process that requires careful planning and execution. However, identifying the core requirements, uncovering the pain points and avoiding the non-essential features can make the ERP / CRM system implementation quick, adaptive and cost-effective is the first step toward success.

The exercise of identifying, collecting, analyzing and notifying such information is called Design and Discovery Sessions. These sessions typically gather information about the organization's business processes and requirements to ensure the ERP / CRM system is configured to meet their needs.

Understanding the Business Processes

During the discovery sessions, I work with key stakeholders to understand the organization's current business processes. This involves identifying the different departments, resources and their roles, and the existing workflows in each area.

Dynamics System Architecture

Based on the information gathered, I will create Technical Design Document(TDD) and Functional Design Document(FDD). Also, these documents define the architecture of the ERP / CRM system. These documents also include identifying the different modules, the workflows, the security settings, and the user access roles.

Assessing Data Integration Needs

I will analyze and evaluate the organization's data integration needs. This includes understanding the data sources, formats, and quality standards that must be adhered to for effective data integration.

Identifying Requirements

Working with the team of stakeholders to identify critical requirements for the ERP system includes identifying the data that needs to be captured, the reports that need to be generated, and the features needed to optimize the organization's business processes.
